Every morning, I get my cup of coffee and walk out to my garden. Not only do I have a sense of accomplishment when I look at what I have done, it soothes me, just as planting does. It is a wonderful feeling to watch what you have planted sprout and grow. Yesterday, I found a baby strawberry. This morning, I was showing my daughter Cori my gardens. I showed her my 4 cups where my pumpkin and watermelon still had not sprouted. Later today, I once again walked over there and the pumpkin had broke the surface and I can see the sprouts for the watermelon. I am literally watching my garden grow. What a feeling!
Wow look at you go! I was so busy this weekend that I forgot to look at your blog....very cool! You should add your blog to Blotanical (a garden blogger site) where you can read literally thousands of garden blogs from all over the world...it's a great way to connect with garden buddies. : )
ReplyDeleteThanks Sue! I will check it out!
ReplyDeleteI totally know how you feel, I love sitting in my hammock chair on our porch and listen to my ponds waterfall, my hummingbirds eating, and watch my garden grow and flower beds blooming. Gods little mircles...... All is well in the world !!
ReplyDeleteOh how I would love to have a waterfall! We get a lot of hummingbirds and they are so fun to watch! Have had a little yellow finch visiting the last several days. Have been trying to get his (or her) picture. It is so soothing....Starts my day out in a positive way!
